Kona Store specializes in authentic Adidas and Nike sneakers. Due to the nature of limited and exclusive footwear, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Returns

Returns are accepted only in cases of defective or incorrect items. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Return Requests

To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
